Requirements for Getting Married in Paradise
• A Marriage license application can be obtained in
person from the State Health Department or a state
approved marriage license agent.
• Both bride and groom must be over the age of 18
• Marriage license fee is $60.00 in cash
• There are no residency or citizenship requirements
• The wedding ceremony must be performed by
someone licensed by the State of Hawaii.
